Nina Horwitz

Pilates Instructor

Nina first experienced Pilates in 2006 and she was instantly hooked on how great it felt. She found Pilates helped with her low back, hugely helped improve her posture, and the overall strength and flexibility of her body. 
Nina began her extensive teacher training in 2009. Her style is intuitive and focused, she looks forward to meeting each client where they are now and continue to build from there. She strives to create a program that will guide them towards a deeper awareness of movement and strength, moving beyond functional training and towards integration and awareness of the whole body. 
She loves gardening, walking and hiking with her husband and Saint Bernard, Ziva and has creative moments where she dabbles in painting.
