Liz graduated from the University of Dayton with a B.S. in Education with a focus in Exercise Science. Her road to Pilates started eight years ago when she wanted to change up her fitness routine and focus on a spinal imbalance, she was surprised and intrigued right from the start. She found that Pilates was unique in its ability to work on core strength, balance, posture, flexibility and focus. She used Pilates to complement her regular exercise routine to bring a dynamic whole body and mind experience. Liz loves the balance that Pilates provides in her life. She is excited to bring encouragement and guided instruction to help others achieve their fitness goals and is thankful for the opportunity to train and become an instructor at PCC. Liz enjoys living in Cincinnati with her husband and three children and can be found taking long walks, boating, hiking, traveling and meeting new people.
Sometimes the smallest step in the right direction ends up being the biggest step of your life. Tiptoe if you must, but take a step. – Naeem Callaway
