Chrisi started her fitness journey as young gymnast, and her resulting passion for fitness and health has never wavered. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Dayton in 1988. From there, she settled with her husband, Bill, back in her home town of Elmira, New York, where she raised four children and taught various fitness classes. During this time she was introduced to Pilates and immediately fell in love with how it balanced the body and integrated a mind-movement connection. It can be adapted for people of all ages to help them achieve their health and fitness goals, which in turn maximizes long term mobility, health, and safety. In 2005, she moved to Montgomery with her family. Once here, she had her fifth child and continued her Pilates journey at PCC as a client. Now as an instructor, Chrisi hopes to guide you in your fitness journey to achieve your personal goals in a calm, peaceful environment.
