Chrisi started her fitness journey as a young gymnast, and her resulting passion for fitness and health has never wavered. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Dayton in 1988. Before her Pilates career, she enjoyed teaching early childhood education. After having her fifth child, she credits Pilates with helping her lower back mobility and strengthening her core. During this time, she was introduced to Pilates, and she immediately fell in love with how it balanced the body and integrated a mind-movement connection. It can be adapted for people of all ages to help them achieve their health and fitness goals, which in turn maximizes long-term mobility, health, and safety. Now, as an instructor, Chrisi hopes to guide you to live a long life in a body that moves to achieve your personal goals in a calm, peaceful environment.
