Pilates Floor/Stretch Classes

Floor Class

A floor (mat) class teaches the fundamentals of spinal mechanics while opening up the joints and stretching out the muscles.  We can incorporate the use of towels, weights, spine correctors, magic circles and pilates balls in this class in conjunction with music.  This is open to all levels and pre-requisite reformer sessions are NOT required.

Stretch Class

Learn what it’s like to properly stretch, concentrating on safe movements encouraging length of muscles and coordination.
Think of it as a spa-like wellness routine to calmly reset your muscles before or after a workout. In these sessions we integrate the sciences of stretching, mobility and recovery to help your body re-energize and be ready for the next challenge.
