Pre-Requisite Reformer Training

All new clients can begin by taking 6 pre-requisite private reformer sessions. The pre-requisite sessions are 50 minutes in length specifically designed to prepare new clients for group reformer classes. At the discretion of the instructor, if you have previous pilates experience you may not need all the sessions required to enter group classes.
