As we enter the final month of 2020, let’s make sure we finish the year strong within the walls of the Pilates Center of Cincinnati! With the increased concerns regarding COVID-19, we are asking you to keep in mind our safety protocols. We appreciate your help in continuing to make our studio a safe and bright spot in each of our lives. Before entering the studio, be sure your mask is on and your hands are clean. Hand sanitizer is readily available. If you are not feeling well or have a fever, please stay at home. If you are in a class, please go directly to your equipment in order to stay distant from others. Finally, be sure the entrance is clear as it can be congested near the lobby. Take your time coming in and allowing others to leave. We have maintained a clean environment thanks to all of our hard-working clients and instructors. Thank you for doing your best, as our goal is your continued safety as well as that of our instructors.
As much as we miss seeing your actual faces, we do love seeing all your fun masks. Keep em’ coming! Our boutique is getting stocked so that you can find the right gift and not have to go anywhere else. Please consider shopping local! We’re happy to represent some Cincinnati gems such as Rookwood Pottery, Serendipity jewelry and Manitou candles.
Most importantly, we know that balancing your exercise routine along with life in a pandemic can be trying. Let’s try to remember with Pilates and yoga, our intentions are directly in line with strengthening our bodies, refreshing our minds and energizing our spirits so that we can be healthy together.
We look forward to ending this year on a high note with all of you!
